Noel Rodgers was born in the small Waikato town of Morrinsville, until the family moved to Hamilton to establish and grow a courier business known at the time as Associated Couriers.
After enjoying sporting interests in his teenage years, he continued with the Kiwi tradition of the great OE to the UK and Europe to pursue his passion for machinery and automation, with people being at the forefront of each project.
Noel returned to New Zealand in the mid 1980's to settle with his family. The next adventure started at the end of the 1980's when he returned to the UK to pursue further opportunities in the manufacturing sector, creating a career-changing interest in risk, people and operational management. After several years in the UK, the family returned to New Zealand.
Noel's focus remained on the manufacturing sector, continually growing his range of industries and manufacturing experience until he decided to extend the portfolio further by establishing the company Active Business Support Services Ltd, initially based in Taupo.
Noel's fictional writing career started in 1995 and he published his first novel "Half of Us" with great success, extending his passion for people and the events that guide them as they go forward in life.
