Charley Ainscough

Charley AinscoughI trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef when I was 18, and have worked as a Chef ever since. This has allowed me to work in many different roles, kitchens, cafes and restaurants all over the world. I am originally from the United Kingdom and moved to New Zealand in 2006 and married my husband Wayne.

In 2011 I stared working as an Early Childhood Chef and this is where Charley Chop Chop was born. I am passionate about educating taste buds from an early age and love to encourage great eating habits that stay with children for life. My food philosophy is grounded in practical ways, to nourish the growth, health and wellbeing of children and their families. My deep vision is to put joy, simplicity and whole foods back on the family menu.
